FAQ
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes! I am happy to come to you, or plan to meet at a location of your choosing. Additional charges will be added for travel and accommodations.
Do you help with planning our engagement session?
Yes! Once you are booked, I will be in contact with you to discuss details. We will talk about location, what to wear, and go through the process so you know what to expect.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I ask to be given 7 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can reschedule with no penalty if given 7 days notice. Full refund will be issued if cancelled 7 days or more before your scheduled date. Cancellation after the 7 day mark will result in a loss of 50% of the booking fee.
Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?
Yes! You will receive all your final photos digitally and can download them for use on all platforms and personal use. Once you receive all your photos, you are able to purchase various items through my store.
When will I receive my final photos?
You will receive final photos digitally within 1-2 weeks from your session.
